A few days before the new box is shipped, we'll remind you by email, and you'll have 48 hours to make any changes. After 48 hours, we'll ship the new box so it arrives right after the previous one ends.
What is the returns policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If that's not the case, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to resolve it.
Are any purchases final and non-refundable?
We cannot accept returns on certain items. These will be clearly marked before purchase.
When will I receive my order?
We'll work to ship your order as soon as possible. Once it's shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders over €60 and in the subscription option, shipping will be free in mainland Spain and will be charged for other destinations.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Mainland Spain: €4.75 shipping costs.
Portugal: €5.50 shipping costs.
Balearic Islands: €10 shipping costs.
Canary Islands: €15 shipping costs.
Ceuta and Melilla: €11 shipping costs.
